World History and miscellaneous history articles
Introduction: The term "world history" has two related but different meanings. In one usage, the term refers to an eclectic collection of different histories of different regions and time periods. The other usages refers to a field in history in which such eclecic collections of different histories, as described above, is analyzed in as parts of a larger trend. Here, the focus is not on the individual histories but on the interrelation between the different histories and the broad trends that result from cultural interactions.
