Well, if he never existed then he should be invented.

The Bush regime could never find a better ally in order to promote their plans!

I would certainly be honoured if the Bush/Haliburton regime would declare me as their enemy Numero Uno, but I fear you over-estimate my influence and importance a little.
But I will do my best and try!
