True, where there is no water there is no life. The Egyptian civilization was built on the "priboi" /annual floods/ of Nile.
bui-stvo - passionate craziness, no madness, but mometary lapse of reason, like in love; Bulgarian.

Med, I read something the other day, couldn't find it again.  Basically it was saying that the use of the ATL sound/letter group, is restricted to S. America, as in the Nuahatl Language.  The only known use of it in Europe is The Atlantic Ocean and the Atlas Mountains.  Is this, to your knowledge true?

No i have never heard this.I am surprised also about other Euro&African&Asian languages that have used the same syllables.First that came to my mind:Roman was contemporary language to this one i have
translated cause Egypt was conquered in 30 B.C.It comes that Roman was some kind of Esperanto that used syllables of Egyptian those days.QuestionLampLampQuestionI am more and more surprised about it.Will see what will
be at the end....After we analyze more  than 400-500 consonant syllables...It looks like Aliens have visited  Earth after Alexander the Third?!?Big smile

I don't know if any of you have seen this before, but I have just come across it so I'm posting it here.

Is this how Eve spoke? Every human language evolved from 'single prehistoric African mother tongue'

  • 500 languages traced back to Stone Age dialect
  • The further away from Africa a language is spoken, the fewer distinct sounds it has
  • English has around 46 sounds, while the San bushmen of South Africa use a staggering 200
  • Study finds speech evolved 'at least 100,000 years ago'

Every language in the world - from English to Mandarin - evolved from a prehistoric 'mother tongue' first spoken in Africa tens of thousands of years ago, a new study reveals.

After analysing more than 500 languages, Dr Quentin Atkinson found compelling evidence that they can be traced back to a long-forgotten dialect spoken by our Stone Age ancestors.

The findings don't just pinpoint the origin of language to Africa - they also show that speech evolved at least 100,000 years ago, far earlier than previously thought........

bei - Turkish title of a administrative position

For "boo" do you mean it with English pronunciation, like in "boo-st", or just as long "o"?

In Bulgarian:
bu-kva - "bu"="boo" like in English - letter
bo-lka - pain
bo-len - sick
bu-nt - rebellion

lekomisleno as verb? In English? "messing around", I suppose can be used. "enjoy" looks good too, though it doesn't necessarily mean "careless enjoyment",.
