You know, I really cannot be bothered by writing replies to people who obviously don't bother to read them. So this is the last think I am going to post. Let me repeat a line from above, and, since you preferred to ignor it above, let me enhance it a bit, for your convenience.
 
She had a very clear opinion on Islam. She believed it had been tainted by backwards cultures. She told me that Islam as her parents saw it was not her Islam. And that is the view I still hold: the Islam as practiced by many in this country and elsewhere is not Islam as it should be.
 
Meaning she and I do not, I repeat, NOT, blame Islam for her tragedy, but culture. But Mortaza, in his post:
Because you have not european muslims. You should europenize muslims. Than They will create an european islam.
 
It is impossible to create an european islam and impose it to muslims who live at europea..
 
showed that in his opinion culture and religion are so fixed together that Islam cannot possibly survive a change in culture, which is ridiculous to say the least. My post was an answer to his. Considering I am agreeing with you here, I wonder what exactly the function of your post is?
 
And this: 'Islam is perfect' is rather naive, is it not? Nothing is perfect, especially dogmatic religon.

You should europenize muslims. Than They will create an european islam.
That exactly what I've been saying all along. France has now 2 muslims ministers. One of them is likely to have a brilliant political carrier. Society should do more to accept muslims (and migrant from muslim countries who are not muslim any more). But it is my humble understanding that it is time now to have a really European doctrine.

There really already is a European Islam its just the Europeans won't see it as such because you don't prefix whats yours.

Yes, there has been a European Islam for six hunderd years that is if you not only focus on Western Europe. It seems that in some countries in Western Europe in particular there are major blocks that do not want Islam to be integrated in any form in the first place, such hysterical prejudices need to be fixed as well before some of these ultra-traditonal immigrant groups can even seperate tradition from religion, they usually out of natural instincts are on the defensive, and in many places rightly so, which sadly creates an almost endless turbulent cycle. The immigrant groups close themselves up more and more, while the blocks wanting them out go on the offensive more and more until such things as the riots in France happen. The paranoia of all things Islam need to be fixed as well at the same time for any real integration to take place.

Indeed, but half of them still identify themself with the country they come..(This is not the issue with balkan muslims.)

 But it is my humble understanding that it is time now to have a really European doctrine.

I think you dont need any doctrine. immigrants generaly live at cities. So They have no chance but integrate.. just dont force them something They dont want and dont attack their values(Like saying islam is broken). Nature will do rest..

If They live at villages, It would be different. But living in city is totally another thing.They just need more time.

I think most people would say the same about their religion and the human factor does seem to mess things up~!!
