Can anyone tell me if this writing is Persian or Ottoman Turkish? 
There seem to be unusual letters like "qalfs" with two dots I don't recognize? Is ay kind person able to tell me the just what language this may be? Much appreciated RH |

this is Persian... i write it in Persian: اگر ایزدم دلنوازی کند --- درین نظم ارشاد غازی کند شود باطن از نور ظاهر ترم --- وز اول سخن تا به آخر برم امیدست کز حضرت بی نیاز --- که کند این در بر من مانده باز i cant read more ... Sorry.
