I think this would be tought, because the US and the UK are best friends. Once you pic one, please explain your answer.

I think that the US would win but it would be really hard, as you said we are best friends. We have a bigger population and a stronger army. I don't know... It would be hard

Remember at school there was one guy who had no friends. Then one day another guy who was really sociable took pity upon him and let him hang out a bit. To the guy with no friends suddenly his new friend was his best mate. But it was by no means true the other way around.
It's the same with the US and UK. The UK has lots of friends not just one. The EU are it's best friends, Non EU European countries and Commonwealth countries close friends and America the kids with no friends Britain felt sorry for just on the periphery.
If the US went to war with France or Canada it wouldn't be America the UK supported.

America would win no doubt. But as a forum friend said: Make the UK a state? You'd like have four states left!

We'd surrender early as long as you told us who killed JFK. It's been driving us crazy.

Canada would be in a dangerous position if they declared war on the USA

US has the biological, chemical, and nuclear advantage. We would win, even if all of Britains's allies went against us. Yhat being said the US would be in a post apokliptic state.

lol if the US would send missles against England, the UN would be soooo angry, they would declare war against the US. Pluse, China has the largest military they would be a threat to the States. Mr. Bush isn't popular with alot of nations. So the world would most likely win the war.

Everyone forgets that the UK has a nuclear counterstrike capability with the ability to liquidate all of North America.
And soldier for soldier, the British regular and special forces are indisputed as the best in the world.

USA [1] !!!Vs.!!! UK [2]
Why fight?!
They are the perfect match, truely a lovely pare, economicaly, spirtualy, moraly and culturaly. Why be a super power when together they can be super lovers?
UKs hustle and USAs mustle makes the perfect cupple. Poetic indeed.
Let me think, that's very tough.....hmm....... Okay, let's imagin that USA wants to be a Europain Onion member, and decides to invade UK(mainly because they speak the same language and their love for soccer). So, USA uses turkeys to imply that UK is a turkeys land and the word "Britania[3]" actually means Bir+Tane(One Piece/One Item), that's enough to shake the old turkey. Considering turkeys way of thinking, with a dash of National Geographics oil and finding some words that sounds turkeyish most turkeys would back this theory up, why not? Geeks history is full of it and we all love it, right?
Yet, UK (Being so wise) decides to bring USAma+n Bin Laden into this picture. But, they don't know where this part Jebrish guy is! so they send their best guy to I-ran asking mullas for spirtual guidence(hoping what USA has been saying about Axes of Evil [4] is true), promissing to use the word "Ayyatollah" as a title for their nr.one man. UK finds out that they have never heared of "the guy"(right!) but, they make it a islamic fanatisism thing anyway and instead, they send Mr. "00-Bean" to BLOW UP his nose in USA.
While the Fenchs and Gaymans are shouting: What about us?! Where is our shares?! Hey, that's not fair! USA claims that the ones who did it were some islamist turkeys who have been born in Pakistanned and might live in UK and sends some forces to UK to clear this matter up, CIVILIZED and HUAMNLY(as any heir to Geeks/Robman Civilization should do). Later, they charge "Cassivellaunus" as JFKs assassiner and even pay the Olive guy to make a movie about it (that should make "BirTane" surrender easyly).
Now this brings up two different senarioes, either the majority of worlds countires say YES and buy this wild, ugly and missfit figure (which I belive they don't because they love UK too much) and support USA by sendeing forces as allies and accupy "BirTane" or, NOT.
If YES; They both lose and you should consider the rest of the world as winners.
If NOT; They probebly stop fighting and call it a lovers fight and both win. As for the rest of the world, nothing changes, they will keep on faking history while others make it.
[1]USA/United States of Arabs
[2]UK/United Korea
[3]Britnia
[4]Axes of Evil
I hope i didn't step on any toes.
