Yes, very nice pictures, wher ein Turkmenistan is "Ashgabat"?  It bears a Parthian name "Ashkabad".

by the way what does Askabad means in Parthian language

Aha, that makes sense, because it is at the heart of old Parthia.

In Greek the name for the Parthian dynasty is Arsacid Dynasty.  But in Iran we call them the Ashkani dynasty. "abad" is a suffix given to places in Iranian languages which literally means "abode" or "home" so Ashkabad would mean home of the Ashkanis.  The Parthian for the name is Arshakian.

Eslam-abad - home of Islam.

Zagros, I think it is pronounced Eshgh-Abad in Persian. Eshgh  meaning 'love'.

There are 2 theories on the name of the city. Both theories (eshgh-abad and ashk-abad) are considered valid.
