I apologize for my misdemeanor towards you. I must have had a bad day. I said some awful things on whim. It's been weighing on my heart. Just wanted to say sorry.

I don't want to revisit any of the old negativity. Will be avoiding those old topics for the time being. Ie. I haven't reopened or even read anything from those topics.
