About great national hero of Holland, admiral Michiel de Ruyter. Might be interesting to see a historial movie which wasnt made in Hollywood:

I wonder if they go as far as the third Anglo-Dutch war. The English might even enjoy the story somewhat as this period leads up to the glorious revolution of 1688.  Oh, Mosquito, let me get to the point here. In regards to this Dutch hero, were you aware that Donald Trump is said to be related to a Cornelis Tromp, the son of supreme commander lieutenant-admiral Maarten Tromp, whose supporters tried to stab him in the back with a bread knife? I shall have to find one with subtitles. Looks to be a good film. Hopefully, not too much of the music heard in the teaser as it might suggest it being used for a purpose other than entertainment and education. I would just add that it at no time has the British navy in it. It wasn't even formed for some time. The act of union was in 1707. Just because the anglo-Dutch wars includes the much weaker English navy doesn't diminish the achievement in that time period. I would even add that this might have even added to the scheming by the English who eventually duped the Dutch into parting with so much information through the glorious revolution 1688. ------------- What a handsome figure of a dragon.
