Hello community!

Is anyone able to tell me if this script is Persian?

I can read basic Arabic and this appears neither to be Arabic nor Ottoman Turkish.

Is any kind person able to look at it and tell me only which script this is?

Thank you,

RH!

Cyrus should be able to read it if in fact it is Persian.
