In the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Paragraph 1091 states:
        In the liturgy the Holy Spirit is a teacher of the faith of the People of God and artisan of "God's masterpieces", the sacraments of the New Covenant.

How are the Seven Sacraments "God's masterpieces"?

They are God's masterpieces because they are the steps to salvation, given through Jesus Christ to mankind.
