What are the two statues next to Christ on the Charles Bridge in Prague, Czech Republic?

At a guess I'd say the Virgin Mary (with her head covered), and John the Evangelist (holding his gospel).

These are the two figures traditionally placed at the foot of the cross, based on verses 26-27 from the 19th chapter of John's Gospel;
When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple whom he kept loving standing there, he told his mother, “Dear lady, here is your son.” Then he told the disciple, “Here is your mother.” And from that hour the disciple took her into his own home.
