Can anyone identify these clay figures? They both stand up. I know they are from somewhere in Central or South America, but have no other information about them.

Are you sure they are made of clay and not stone? Maybe Red Clay ( who knows a lot about ceramics) can take a look on this.

Difficult to be sure without actually seeing and holding the objects, but the top figure appears to be clay.

I would need to see a better photo to be sure about the 2nd figure.
