Ebola.

Yes and yes. In effect as long as necessary. Concerns for the economies of west African nations and the good ole boy liberal bullshit of lets not alienate our 'black' friends don't wash.

The totally inept and mind boggling contradictions in messaging and managing the problem, via the WH and CDC, reflect just that.

What was once the norm in the earliest part of the 20th ce...has given way to pc bullshit that endangers the nation.

Not only do we have a porous southern border which allows for Islamist terrorists to infiltrate (and have)....in addition to the northern border threat with a neighboring country choke full of Arab sympathisers...we have this.

Wait for the numbers to creep thru Mexico.

National mandates for hospital protocols and financing of equipment hazmat-respiratory-personal protection-waste management etc...should now be a norm. WTF is the WH doing?

My Crohn's hasn't killed me yet but these gawdam fools on 1600 Penn Ave might get it done yet.

This is one that you can't blame on Obama.  It's direct cause is arrogance.  The most dangerous kind. A false sense of security created by the medical health system and the CDC.  The danger comes from the fact that they believed their own bs.

To be sure that a disease that so little is known couldn't be transferred here was just plain arrogance.  No local hospitals are prepared for something like this.  The hospital my wife is in has no protocols or policies in place for an outbreak of any type of Hemmoragic fevers.  Their preps were for containing Mersa, flu etc.
When I inquired as to why not, I was told that they had been told by the CDC and other agencies that the risk was so low, specific preparations were not needed.  Arrogance!

arrogance+incompetence+porous borders+pc politics=EBOLA spreading potential.

This is coming from the duds.. who state there is no significant threat one moment... only to cover their ineffectual and conflicting posturing.. coupled with no definitive guidance... that then changes to cover their political horses asses.

CIC Southern Command, based on Intell estimates has already warned that a NASSIVE migration of illegals will commence the minute it hits Central America-Mexico.

And it will.

So much for the Alinskyites legacy. What a dolt.

These idiots have obviously forgotten what pandemics are capable of....but no surprise their bunkers are prepped.

Latest is a nurse boards a flight to Cleveland after being told oh....it's ok. After she had been treating the dead man in Dallas.

JHESUUUS CHRISTUS.... We are surrounded by bureaucratic pc idiots.

No ole Red it's more than just arrogance.
