Spear made of iron as it attract magnet. The dimensions as follows: blade: length - 22 cm, width - 3cm, thikness - 0.1 cm. full length 43 cm. width of foundation for shaft - from 2.5 cm to 1 cm.

If it were a stone [flint etc.] point I might be able to give an approx. on age and manufacture.  With it being of forged iron, the best I can give is a guess.  The Masai / Nandi used several different types, sometimes based on tribal status.  The length and style of your spear would appear to be Masai, of the type used by senior warriors.
Again, it's a guess, an educated one, but still a guess.

Without being able to handle it, I really can't say if it's a repro or gen. Even then, if it's a good knock off, it can be hard to tell.
