Hi....I'm a new member of this site...I wonder why I can't send PM to members ?

New members can't send PMs, to prevent people from joining to spam us. You must post at least 10 meaningful replies.

I seem to have the same problem, I have tried to send PM to some members here but am not able to do so.

So, basically, if I send at least 10 posts, then this option will be available?
