I'm trying to post a large essay in a new thread in the Ancient medditeranian section, but simply put, it just won't let me - I get a white screen with a jumble of text saying something about an error, or could not display the page, and the URL ends in "=PN", I think. Is this perhaps because there is a limit to how many words one can post, or is there some technical reason behind this? Any help would be much appreciated!

How many words is it, Aster?

You most likely ran into our time or post limit constraints. Members have to wait 30 seconds between posting and you can only post up to 5 times every four minutes.

Give it another go.

It's around 7'000-9'000 words - are you sure there isn't a word limit?

My other suggestion is for you to make multiple posts by breaking up your essay into segments and post each segment separately.
