Wow...I'm particularly stunned by the   Teng Wang Ge...what is it's function?

Oh sorry! I didn't see. I'll translate these to there.

The Teng Wang Ge use to be an auditoria of parade. But It became a poet club as a result.

what complex is it in? is it from the Tang or Song?
