Let's start things off with the Egyptians. King Tut's headscarf is still worn today throughout the Middle East

The Thracians wore a hat (in the phrygian style) that was called an alopekis (Ancient Greek: Αλωπεκίς), which was made of a foxes scalp, with its ears prominently exposed.
 
I wasn't able to find a good representation, so sorry, no pic.

The Thracian Goddess Bendis was portrayed as wearing a hat like this. She is the figure standing on the right (from a Greek vase);


Looks like she's wearing something like this;
