I have no idea, but I'm curious also as to the history behind this if it's true. How did Arabs get all the way to Manchuria?

what you say does not make sence

the closest arabs got into china are some of teh sui's who are descendants of arab traders

There is absolutely no relation between Manchus and Arabs.
