I would say Greater Cultural Persia!
Persia is not a territory although it may occupy lands. It is a state of Civilisation that finds its highest expressions of nobility best expressed by its Poets, most readily expressed by the medium of Persian. The Lingua Franca par excellence bar none in all of Asia!
