It seems to be very similar to Persian language, in fact some words are the same as Old Persian words: Arzata (Modern Persian Arziz) = Silver [Of course in the old Persian it was Ardata, the letter "z" was not in the old Persian alphabet but in Median] I coudn't find other words in the old Persian inscriptions, but there are some similar words in Pahlavi: Tapa (Pahlavi Tapag, Modern Persian Tabaq [arabicized])= Large Dish -------------

Our Sistan (Sakastan) is the land of Sakas (Scythians), of course Sakkez is in the north west of Iran. -------------

I guess it is understandable that it is similar to Persian since it is believed that scythians spoke a north-eastern Iranic language. There must be even more similarities with Ossetian language. |

Scythian were one of the important elemnts who made the Iranian nation. They were very close to Meds, I still belive that Iran( especially Azerbaijan in west and sistan at east ) was the main country for scythians.

The interesting thing is that it has been found in Zivieh Village in the southeast of Sakkez, some say the word "Zivieh" may relate to Izirtu, the capital of the Mannaean but it also has been said that there can be a relation between this word and "Ziwie" (Ancient Slavic God of life), the Persian word for life is "Zindegi". A ring or bracelet which has been found in Zivieh (Sakkez):
Persepolis - Apadana, E Stairway, Tribute Procession, the Saka Tigraxauda Delegation: (similar rings in the hands of a Scythian)

There was no a slavic God like this, however this word looks very similar to some forms of the Slavic verb to live "zhit". Zhivi means leave.
Apart from that. Slavic languages are considerd to be the most closest to Iranian languages among the Western Indoeuropean languages.
There is also a number of Skythian words in modern Slavic languages, like topor -axe, sobaka-dog, those are 2 most famous Skythian words in Russian language. ------------- ΣαυÏομάτης
