I know this isnt really a historical question, but by any chance does anybody know the population of Ramsar, Mazandaran, Iran? I'm doing a paper on the effects of high background radiation (ramsar has the some of the highest levels in the world), and i have some sources telling me 2000 people, while my dad insists it is much larger. I assume it's smaller than Sari, which has about 200,000 people.

Thanks in advance for your help.
