All the states have different costumes and dances so it would be good if every one of you members introduce his traditional national dance videos!

I have seen here Traditional Costumes pictures and I liked much: Smile

I almost cried. Illyrians didn't died!

These are two editions of the oldest folkloric TV broadcast in Romania. There are only music performances (not dance):

http://tvr.ro/webcast/emisiuni.php?k=1&em=TEZAUR%20FOLCLORIC#text - http://tvr.ro/webcast/emisiuni.php?k=1&em=TEZAUR%20FOLCLORIC#text

On the web page there are links for other editions, but in their program there is pseudofolklor (neo-creations).

Here two clips about the spanish Jota, aragonese in fact wich is the better, the third is another type; the "jota" is by far more popular and typical than the flamenco:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vsQAbA-mqYg&mode=related&search - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vsQAbA-mqYg&mode=related&search =

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_4OFhJMYMgk&NR - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_4OFhJMYMgk&NR

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2JnmTG_LmI&mode=related&search - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2JnmTG_LmI&mode=related&search =

And here two examples of canary typical dance, the third about the better folklorical group:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zp8E-jR5gr0 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zp8E-jR5gr0

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJZoOjYq3c4 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJZoOjYq3c4

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ye_co-iuf_M&mode=related&search - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ye_co-iuf_M&mode=related&search =

As you see, the peninsular spanish is plenty of vitality, and the canary is more melodyc and slow.

Unfortunately, there are not Youtube clips with Oltenian and Muntenian dances which are very beautiful.

You can make an idea by http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=or0jBWv2rC8 - this clip I posted on the first page of the topic.
