I was wondering does the war crimes tribunal at the Hauge (Or was it Brussels?) have a provision for the death penalty?
I firmly believe that the increasing standard of going against the death penalty shouldnt apply to war criminals. After WW2 we hanged war criminals and criminals against humanity, was that wrong?
If you believe we shouldnt execute war criminals then yes you believe that was wrong.
I believe that there should always be provisions for allowing the execution of certain people. For example, if we ever invade North Korea and crush it and occupy it, we will capture the camp guards and the commandants and former commandants. Shouldnt they be placed on trial and executed?
