King Richard II of England was deposed in 1399.       
What were some of the indictments against Richard concerning his deposition?

Richard II had borrowed money from various lords and others of the realm, promising to repay the money at a certain term, and had failed to do so.     
He continued his favorite sheriffs in office for two or three years instead of only the legal one year.

Richard II extorted large sums of money from abbots and priests for his expedition to Ireland.    
The King took the treasures and crown jewels to Ireland without the consent of the estates of the realm. He also falsified the records of the realm.

King Richard II hindered legitimate processes in ecclesiastical courts, contrary to Magna Carta, by the issue of writs of prohibition.    
Richard exiled Archbishop Arundel, against the laws of the realm.
