Topic: How about those Norwegian peacekeepers Posted: 16-May-2005 at 17:54 |
Seems Kosovo is pretty boring, so much so that soldiers kill time by making pop videos.
The news story is in Danish, perhaps a forumer could translate it, but
all you need to see is the video, just click play when the page loads.

Apparently Serbia is not amused.

It is in Norwegian.
It says that it is Americans who sings but the guys you see in the video are from the Telemark Batallion of Norway.
But the soldiers are actually from the NorBatallion.

Is it true, that this is Norway's official entry for the Eurovision Song Contest, held next Saturday?
Don't expect too many points from Serbia!

No problem. They will receive 12 points from Sweden, Denmark and Iceland.
Next time Faroer and Aland should also participate, giving Scandinavia a guaranteed win..

Mixcoatl, I know that's not the right place, but what is that "Paris-Berlin Axis" thingy all about? And why does Paris come first?

That is the best music video I have ever seen , especially the end.

The Franco-German co-operation.
Much better than the previous axis.
