Okay, it's cuneiform.  The Akkadian Civ. fell at about the same time as the "Old Kingdom" in Egypt. And for the same reason, drought.
How are you sure this is Akkadian?

Around 3123 BCE, there was an asteroid impact approx. 1,000 Kiloms north of the Med. basin.  It had a sudden and profound impact on the climate on a global scale. This is what caused the Sahara to become arid.  It's also blamed for the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah.

It also coincides with the decline and disappearance of the Megalithic cultures on the East Coast of the US.  That's where my interest is.  The climate here changed suddenly from sub tropical to temperate.  Evidence shows there were still Mastodon in NJ until this drastic shift.  The presence of the Archaic peoples here declined drastically and suddenly.  These are the folks I've been tracking here.
To date, there's been no evidence found of a written language.  I'm sure they had one.

"Arguing with someone who hates you or your ideas, is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter what move you make, your opponent will walk all over the board and scramble the pieces".

I have a compendium of all the logograms and phonograms used in the Akkadian language. This was posted by a reputable linguistic authority and I can give you a link if you want to check it out for yourself. As to the language of the cuneiform I have composed the sentence myself using Akkadian so even if you think it's not Akkadian cuneiform (call it Assyrian, Sumerian, Babylonian, Ugaritic, I don't really care) the language of the content is definitely Akkadian.

It speaks of a certain person who actually made this tablet. This person is none other than I. Wink

Usually, yes. They either precede the name with a title showing that the person is a divinity, king or lover...etc. I did not do that for this tablet because I thing it is self-evident that I am a deity. Joking Big smile
