BTW, do you like it better when the forum is at a fixed width at 800 pixels (as in China History forum) or with a width free to expand.

all web pages should be expandable...

CSS/XHTML makes good layout possible and much easier for most resolutions and browsers and monitors...

 

also, I like the skin too

Very, very attractive.  I found the older light skin to glaring and the dark one too dark.  This is perfect IMO.

What do you mean by smearing between pages? I don't think I've had anything like that.

Well with me,  when I bring up a new page on this site and try to scroll down or up it looks like the page is smearing,  it doesn't always happen and it isn't permanent but it is a bit irritating

Slight bug with the present skin, incase it hasn't been noticed.

Towards the top of the page, underneath the bit where it lists the name of the therad currently being viewd, is a blueish border, the same one where the words 'Arthur' and 'Message' are listed in bold on the left side.
On the right side, are links for '<< prev. topic' and 'next topic >>', however, they too are bluish, and thus are almost impossible to see.
Perhaps they should be made black?
