Asian, White, Black presidents rulers

Obama, the President of U.S from 2008 - 2016 ( president 2 times ) ruling a predominately White population with insignificant minorities . His father is Kenyan while her mother is White American. 

The first president of Seychelles in Africa had a Chinese grandfather with a white mother, he is Eurasian.  President from 1976 to 1977. Ruling a 89% Black population with insignificant minorities. Such people make up less than 0.001% 

Alberto Fujimori president of Peru from 1990 to 2002 ( president 3 times ) ruling a predominately 47% Mestizo population,  18.5% White population, 39% Amerindian.... he is of Japanese origin which makes up less than 1%

Athur Chung, first president of Guyana from 1970's to 1980's ruling a predominate 46% African ( including Creole ) and 43% East Indian population. He is of Hakka Chinese origin and is only 1% of the population.

Batista President from 1940 to 1944 and dictator from 1952 to 1959,He was of mixed Spanish, African, Indian, Chinese. His father was part Chinese while her mother was creole Black.   Ruling a 60% White population and 35% African and mulatto population.
