2. what is their origin?
3. are they belong to one of the categories of hindu rajputs?
4. what is their category in caste system?
5. what is their profession by birth?
6. what happened to them when muslim rulers invaded the country?
7. how are they living in the country now-a-days?

Among other things..... ancient metal workers of the precious type, primarily gold. and famous warriors predominately of the nobility. Sons and daughters allegedly of the Ajmenid dynasty and if memory serves correct.... perhaps the oldest of the warrior castes.
