Historical Autographs

Greetings!

I have been an autograph collector since 2005. For about 3 years I collected mostly from legendary Hollywood actors and actresses. Now, however, I am branching out and beginning a new section of my collection, historical autographs.

I have chosen the following categories to begin my collection from:

• The famous V-J Day Life Magazine photograph participants
• The few remaining witnesses to Bonnie and Clyde’s infamous crime spree
• The last female assistant of Houdini’s magic troupe
• The last crew member of the Hindenburg
• Freedom Riders
• The Kennedy Assassination (witnesses and law enforcement)

I have only just started to collect from these categories. If anyone here collects historical autographs, I would be very interested in hearing about your successes and/or failures. Also, if one of these categories is a specialty to a member, please feel free to post with names of people I could contact.
