Article Swapping

   I did a similar thing with someone from another forum on tank technology, and it worked pretty well.  I tried to expand the idea by sending two articles to someone else, but he never mailed anything back to me.  The idea is to simply to mail articles to each other - one for one, or however you'd like to do it.  Some people have access to different magazines or journals that others don't, and it could be interesting.  Ideally, it would be on a small-scale, but it would help transfer sources (you'd photocopy the source, of course - and send the photocopy!).  

Mainly, the reason I'm interested is because all my books are in the United States (where I can't access them) and I want to write an article on the Third Battle of Kharkov for AllEmpires.  But, no article on the subject can be written without Erich von Manstein's Lost Victories.  I'm hoping someone is willing to photocopy and mail me the pages of his book between the time he takes command of Army Group Don/South and Kursk.   I'd repay in kind with the information the person is interested in.
