   First of all may i apologise if this is posted in the wrong forum area!

Just a brief question, i am doing some research into great Christian thinkers and writers of any era and would like a bit of fresh impetus if possible by the way of new names.

I have done some work on John Calvin, Martin Luther, Thomas Aquinas etc the usual suspects but has anybody got any other names they could add to this broad category? Any help appreciated.
