The Ottoman Empire I suppose?

I could devellop it, but about the height of its power you have Turkish forumers that will answer it better.

As for its fall, Greek forumers will probably answer it better.

Actually, France, which was the second motherland for Young Turks, knows the best answer about the fall of Ottoman Empire. However it's probably too complicated. Let Greeks answer it.

I think the fall of the Ottoman Empire joins the rise of Europe as world powers. Therefore a fall of the Ottoman Empire from a French perspective would be more the description of the rise of colonical powers than the problems the Ottoman Empire experienced from inside.
