Have you already heard abaout this battle?
 
It seems that french heavy armored knights were defeated and slaughtered by hors archers?
 
Is it true?
 
How is it possible for so well trained and well equiped soldier to be defeated by ordinary archers?
 
What kind of spcial weapons did archers use to perce knight's heavy plate arlor?

Do you mean the battle of Liegnitz in 1241, when a force of Polish and German knights was defeated by an Mongol army?

european knights had no plate armour yet, in fact knights of that time only had mail which can be easily penetrated by arrows. and there were no French...
