I read in a book Khangis Khan him self was tall and had red or bright brown hair.  I think he was mixed though because i read some mongols are mixed with Scythians and Iranians

Um so Hi I am also from Mongolia and I live in the city yes there is a restaurant called Mongolia Grill it's just like you said but there are some mongolian foods like steamed dumplings but as you say most of the food isn't but you know we just like to name things using Mongolian so yeah
