For my country? I have an intense personal loathing for Malcolm Fraser (PM 1975-83). His policies were retro and damaging, as a person he is/was simply a moronic, arrogant, sneaky shell of a man. Oh, and he cried like a little girl when he lost the '83 election, what a wuss.

The worst PM in history was Symeon Sax-Coburg-Gotta of Bulgaria, the worst tzar in history - his grandfather Ferdinand. What rotten luck we Bulgarians have.

Why, because they didn't get along with Dubya? Really, they were just looking out for their own countries interests when they did that. And by the way, it's Jacques Chirac; and Gerhard Schroeder was a chancellor, not a president or prime-minister.

If you don't count Hitler who was both Chancellor and President of Germany, and who would win this contest by lightyears, the worst German President was von Hindenburg, a senile ex- Imperial Field Marshal who "as long his feet were warm and he got a nice cup of milky tea in the sun before the his morning nap, didn't bother anyone till his potty needed emptying."

To decide the worst German Chancellor is a bit more difficult, there are a few pre-war idiots who could win, but I agree the most outstanding was Gerhard Schroeder, whose only redeeming feature was that he single-handedly kept alive the German fake tan and hair dye manufacturing industry, and thus saved thousands of jobs during a deep recession.
