Well from the pictures...

They are marks or symbols carved into the rock.  The uniformity and depth suggests hard metal tools were used (eg an iron chisel) the colouration suggests that they are relatively recent (either cut, or cleaned a few years ago at most).

Whare are they, is there any context, are there any others, any local info ?

Quarry marks might be my initial guess.
