Unusual Human(?) Remains |

Several
human skulls with horns protruding from them were discovered in a
burial mound at Sayre, Bradford County, Pennsylvania, in the 1880's.
With the exception of the bony projections located about two inches
above the eyebrows, the men whom these skeletons belonged to were
anatomically normal, though at seven feet tall they were giants. It was
estimated that the bodies had been buried around A.D. 1200. The find
was made by a reputable group of antiquarians, including the
Pennsylvania state historian and dignitary of the Presbyterian Church
(Dr. G.P. Donehoo) and two professors, A.B. Skinner, of the American
Investigating Museum, and W.K.Morehead, of Phillips Academy, Andover,
Massachusetts. The bones were sent to the American Investigating Museum
in Philadelphia, where like so many finds that question anthropology,
they were stolen and never seen again.

Sounds to me like a conspiracy theory. If those remains were indeed genuine, religious groups would have raised such an uproar, it would have been impossible to just be stolen without this being a major story.

Well this isn't the first disappearance I've heard of..
Here's a little story.... (I'll try to keep it short)
Once upon a time, there was the find of "Homo Haidebergensis" by
a German prof. named Braitninger and a dispute about who was the oldest
European find among him and A.Poulianos....
"Homo Haidebergensis"was estimated to be 500.000yrs old, just about the
same time renowned scientists, like the French prof. Henry de la Bley,
prof. and head of the Earth institute of N.Carolina Alen Neirn and the
Japanese prof. Motozi Ikegia proved the age of the "Petralona man" to
be 750-800.000yrs.
A major debate began in the Anthropologic community and of course some millions in funds were at stake..
After prof. Braitninger's insistence, the Hellinic Archeological
Institute (a bunch of IDIOTS) gave him the scull for further
examinations and to cross check the decisions of the above mentioned 3
prof..
The result was a 25yr law suit, for he refused to return the scull
and the 48 skeletons found in the Marathon tomb, he finally gave
back the scull but kept the skeletons as he later admitted (off the
record) as a kind of pay for his trouble. His official statement was
that he had NEVER seen the 48 skeletons, even though the whole issue
had been recorded by the media of that time..
As in every field donations and huge funds are involved, the same
happens here. Finds are hidden, decisions are changed... but eventually
history will prevail..

It looks a claywork rather than bone skull.
Why do you bother to post over such obvious hoaxes?

Hoax, how is a hoax defined, don't we have a list of weird (compared to
what we believed untill recently) finds, I recall a topic about a find
of hobbit-sized species, all religions including chirstianity have
depicted at one time or another 'weird' creatures...
What do finds like the Pyramid in Bosnia (suggested to be dated
10000yrs ago) do to our views of 'conventional' history...why do we
define these as a hoax and not a possibility ?
I think we should broaded our perspective and be alot more open to such
a possibility of finding something we had only imagined of before..

Yeah and to be consistent with criticisms "conspiracy" disappearances are not limited to anti-orthodox theories eg Peking man disappeared too.
Forbidden scientific & historical evidence of literal giants prooving the accuracy of the Bible &/or of "mythology" that I have collected incls:
1) Ancient human oral memories of our ancestors (myths & Bible) of giants eg Titans, Jotuns/Etins, Thurses, Cyclopes, Gigantes, Nephilim, Gibborim, Rapuwai = Rephaim, Quinametzin, giants deprived of light; 2) Finds of giant humanoid footprints in USA, Sakkara in Egypt, & allegedly Australia & NZ; 3) Finds of (used?) "ceremonal" mega-tools in a few places around the world; 4) "impossible" ancient structures such as megaliths/stonehenge, pyramids, Baalbek; 5) "exagerated" statures of kings & gods in ancient pictures (eg Naramsin) who are called part divine; 6) Finds of giant human & animal (megafauna, gigantopithecus/meganthropus) bones/skeletons in a few places around the world (compare big wetas high altitude); 7) modern sitings of creatures like big foot? 8) remnant giant features in modern pictures of persons eg Ernest Roehm, and discoveries by modern geneticists; 9) the recent discovery of the opposite "Hobbits" in Indonesia.
Candidates for descendants/races of giants include Cro-Magnons, Patagonians, Jutes/Nordics & Nilotics (ectomorphs). Traditions that Adam was a giant may perhaps be confirmed by: Gen 6:4 (there were giants in the earth in those days and after that when the sons of God came); longevity connected with stature; 2 kinds of giants in myths (good/evil, fire/frost)?
Refs: RA Anderson, R Gilroy, Whitcomb & Morris, S Bristowe, E von Daniken, Chadderton, LA Waddell, NK Sandars, G Parker, P Kolosimo, Bible (Gen 6, Gen 10:8, Deut 3, 1 Sam 17, 1 Chron 11), E Sykes, W Keller, V Stevenson, Guiness bk recs, T Zahn, [Acknowls: [R/TV], Co(o)ry, Natl radio, CSF/Libronix, Moses, J/D Jewell, D Cologne, G of M.]

It's totally BS. How could a scientific community lose such "precious" items ?!!!
Men with horns? The only scientific explanation that comes to mind : inbreeding.
Cheers.

Meh, sounds like a hoax, just like those remains of the giants that
were found, only to be hidden in that vast underground vault, long with
the ark of the covenant and the roswell aliens.

Evidently the finds of giants (the ones I mentioned) are not all hidden in "non-existant" underground vault for to be mentioned by different sources.
Besides secrets have been kept before: How many knew Roosevelt was a "dis-abled" person?

This skull has no visible supraorbital foramen or even a notch above the orbit, also the maxillary bone seems to be missing its infra orbital notch as well. The nasal septum also looks a little too 'perfect' shaped exactly like an upside down heart. The other thing I noticed, why is the facial bones darker than the posterior bones of the skull? If the light is coming from the right of the skull (skull view, not our view) then the light should be of equal density throughout the skull, but it seems visibilly darker around the facial bones and frontal bone (where the horns are).
I cant believe anybody could believe something like this.

If you remember also there was a supposed discovery of a descendant of man found in the UK, it was preserved with what appeared to be a fossilized cricket bat as well. The scientific community actually bought it for a while until they carbon dated it and found it to be fake.

Hmmm, so no one ever considered the fact that the sculls were stolen to cover up a hoax?
Even if they are real, this would be only a rare genetic anomaly.
