Well, better the Dutch than some.

It never occurred to me before to take myself seriously on this, but maybe there really is something in it.

The Masai should have a pretty big role at the UN in that case, along with the Watutsi and the Southern Slavs....

I just came across a citing of academic aptitude records from the Progressive era in the United States...even according to the biased records of the time there the states clearly show that in that era northern blacks in America did much better in school and graduated more foten than southern whites. If I can find an online version of it I shall post.

Maybe the arce warriors will argue its because there are is more European mixture in Northerners (geneticly verified fact IIRC).
US data coverage here is sufficiently shallow to allow for such easy dismissals.
