While the bourgeoisie be not dropped - and, after his fall, while they don't disappear the small economy and the small mercantile production totally - the bourgeois atmosphere, the private property habits and the small-bourgeois traditions will harm the work of the proletariat inside so much as out of the workers' movement, not only in the parliamentary activity, as, unavoidably, in all and in each one of the spheres of the social activity, in all of the cultural and political sections, without exception.  And it constitutes a deep mistake, for which inapelavelmente should be paid later, to try to liberate or to avoid of one of the unpleasant tasks or of the difficulties appeared in an of the work spheres.  It is necessary to learn, and to learn fully, to dominate all of the aspects of the activity and of the work, without any exception, to win all everywhere of the difficulties and all the habits, traditions and bourgeois habits.
Any other way to face the subject is totally naked of seriousness, it is infantile. 

of course under the domain of the bourgeoisie is very "difficult" to win the bourgeois habits in the own party, that is, in the labor party:  it is "difficult" to expel of the party the bosses accustomed parlamentaristas with the bourgeois prejudices and for them hopelessly corrupted;  it is "difficult" to submit to the proletarian discipline absolutely the number necessary (same that in a very limited amount) of people that come from the bourgeoisie;  it is "difficult" to create fully in the bourgeois parliament a communist fraction worthy of the working class;  it is "difficult" to get that the communist parliamentarians don't let to take for the bourgeois' frivolities parlamentaristas, and that you/they surrender to the more than essential propaganda work, agitation and organization of the masses.  There is no doubt that all this is "difficult; it was difficult in Russia and it is incomparably more difficult in Europa Ocidental and in America, where the bourgeoisie, the democratic-bourgeois traditions, etc., they are much stronger.
