Philip IV was King of Spain from 1621 to 1665.      
He was a patron of the arts. He was a patron of the painter Velasquez. Velasquez was Philip's court painter.    
Philip IV also employed the Flemish painter Rubens.

One portrait of Philip IV by Velazquez is Philip IV of Spain in Brown and Silver.    
Velazquez also did portraits of Queen Mariana and the Infanta Margarita.

Velazquez painted a portrait of Prince Baltasar Carlos with a Dwarf in 1631.      
He painted a portrait of Infante Felipe Prospero in approximately 1660.

Peter Paul Rubens painted Portrait of King Philip IV in 1628/1629.       
Rubens painted Portrait of Anne of Austria between 1621 to 1625.

In 1615 Peter Paul Rubens painted a portrait of Infanta Isabella Clara Eugenia of Spain.
