Kill the mother in order to demonstrate divine love? Then again they supposedly found drugs and a syringe in the mother's purse, so maybe we can be comforted, and trust in the Grand Architect that the motherless child is better off an orphan.

supposedly? I have no confirmation of that ie.drugs and paraphernalia. but even so Sid....so?

The voice heard; be it the dead woman or other...was reported by the living. and the good came in the rescue of the child.

And there is no evidence to indicate the mother met her fate other than reported. so your skepticism and or cynicism remains your.

but even those do not diminish the miracle of a child's survival. of course your definition of miracle is yours.

for in the end if it was not a Mother's love acting with the aid of the 'divine' or supernatural' or 'luck' then it still makes no difference.

the little girl lives.
