What is the name of a rotating circle with rays around above the Astronomical Clock in Prague, Czech Republic? There are two of them on the Bridge Tower on the Old Town side next the Charles Bridge, both “rotating” in a different direction.

Can you add a picture, or an url for it? At the moments I'm trying to find what you say, but have only come across the astronomical clock with the calendar below it. Can find that which you're talking about.
What a handsome figure of a dragon. No wonder I fall madly in love with the Alani Dragon now, the avatar, it's a gorgeous dragon picture.

It is a rotating circle at the top of the spire, it has gold color, that appears on top of this picture:
