Excellent analysis and I can support it. The point reference the NDRF is apt and credit is given where credit is due. It was an Obama administration initiative. The counter might be that it's merely another sub bureaucracy...perhaps. But I'll play even if it errs on the side of caution. Effectiveness remains to be judged.

She is saying about the same as what I have been, just using different terms to describe it.  Political goals and agendas don't amount to squat to someone who is looking at a bare spot where their home or business once stood.

Amen....but that wont stop them by any and all, no matter the affiliation, with being used ntl. Old dog; we both know this and, we both dont like it for varying reasons. But we ain't going to escape it.
