Life is hell on that line. Iow. No sympathies to the Mexican nationalist. The Mexican govt will continue to decry and disclaim; this their norm....''disproportionate use of force''...that's their version of the ROE's they wish..... not necessarily that of the agent/s, who has been the subject to/of an assault. 

Bottom line... the dumb ass's need to stop throwing rocks and pointing guns...as until otherwise noted... the BP version gets the lead. I don't believe now nor never had the versions coming from the Mexican government. Their credibility is one step up from old dried cow shit. Give em guns and they hate ya, give em millions in aid they hate ya... resist illegal border violations they hate ya..... whup their ass in 36 and 48 they hate ya.....500 years of corruption...no change.
