How was Lodge foreign policy better than Wilson? They both had their own beliefs but still one proved wrong over the other. Don't get that point

Don't know who lodge was, but Harold Wilson kept us neutral during the Vietnam War, so I can't fault him or see how his foreign policy could have been better.
