True 100 times cooler. Britain adopted the use of rockets after meating Tipu too.

I think battle of assaye was part of Anglo maratha wars not the Anglo mysorean wars. Wellington considered marathas a better army than the French.
 
As far as Anglo mysorean war is concerned wellington was once deafeated during the battle of Sultanpet tope during the 4th anglo mysorean war by Tipu's prime minister.
