This seems to make sense, I think. If you become overwhelmed with fear in your mind now concerning your own personal finances, even though it might be irrational at times, less money is spent, and so this has a knock on effect, which then becomes the larger problem.Dead

Japan's modernisation over such a short period of time is impressive. Within a generation they had transformed from feudal medieval state to industrialised empire
